SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to ship all orders same day. However, processing times may vary depending on the item and the time the order was placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, unless stated otherwise in the product description. You will receive an order confirmation email/text once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails/texts once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Pre-order Items

Please allow 2-4 weeks for the processing, manufacturing, and shipment of all pre-order items. All pre-order items are clearly marked on our website. Transparency is a core value for us, therefore we will always keep you updated on the status of all pre-order items if processing times take longer than expected.
